1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 622jilipark website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

1.2 By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from 622jilipark or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 622jilipark; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 622jilipark Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, 622jilipark is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). KYC verification is processed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 622jilipark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective banks.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. 622jilipark does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 622jilipark reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 622jilipark Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 622jilipark is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 622jilipark reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. 622jilipark may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 622jilipark reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus in cases where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; bonuses are not automatically applied unless stated otherwise.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity;

10.2 622jilipark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.3 622jilipark's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 622jilipark's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
